A next level customer counter? How we help.

Specific data for retailers provides valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences, allowing retailers to better understand how to optimize their shopping experience, assortment and marketing strategies

What is the difference between the number of visitors and the number of passers-by?

The number of visitors refers to the total number of people who enter your store or location, while the number of passersby includes those who merely walk past the location without entering. The number of passersby can be used to assess the potential of your location and make data-driven investments, such as rearranging the store, giving the window display a new look.

In what ways can visitor data support me as a retailer?

By leveraging visitor data, a store can improve operational efficiency, optimize marketing efforts, streamline inventory management, provide improved customer service, etc... which can ultimately lead to improved overall store performance and profitability.

What technology is used to collect this data?

We use customer counters in the form of optical 3D, dome and LPR sensors and WIFI scanners. The signals we capture are anonymous and unrelated to the user.
The sensors and scanners have 2 functions. Counting visitors and calibrating the scanners.

To what extent can these data be combined with other data?

Our portal has an open structure. We can easily integrate other data via API and customize the portal. On the other hand, we can also forward our data via API. This allows our customers to combine it with other data in their own portal.

How reliable is this data?

Reliability can be guaranteed by:
- Constantly calibrating and calibrating the measurements = what is counted vs. what is effectively observed.
- Checking the ratios between the number of people measured vs. the number of WIFI signals measured.
- Comparing the measurements with other counting points and available data.
