Specific data for cities provides valuable insights into customer behaviour and preferences, enabling cities and municipalities to better understand how to optimise the retail experience, assortment and marketing strategies.

We work based on WiFi signals and dome counters. We capture WiFi signals with scanners that we place with network partners in the city. We place these scanners at locations where you wish to measure.
The signals we capture are anonymous and not linked to the smartphone user. In addition, we use optical dome sensors that count visitors. These devices have two functions: counting visitors and calibrating the scanners in a dynamic and exclusive way. We filter residents and, if desired, employees from the totals based on parameters to be agreed together.
Our portal has an open structure. We can easily integrate other data via API and customise the portal to the client's needs. On the other hand, we can also transmit our data via API. This gives our customers the ability to combine it with other data in their own portal.
Reliability and accuracy can be guaranteed by:
- Constantly calibrating and adjusting measurements = what is counted versus what is actually observed.
- Checking the ratios between the number of measured people versus the number of measured Wi-Fi signals.
- Comparing measurements with other counting points and available data.
The mandate to share this data with third parties is entirely yours. All data is fully GDPR compliant. For publication if desired, please include source attribution. We do not know who is present in the city centre. We do know how many people are present and how long they stay, etc.
